点评：⚠️ Car owners, please be cautious before renting your vehicle to this company.
Sharing my personal experience. The car was returned one day late and in a dirty condition, but I did not charge any extra or make an issue because I wanted to maintain a good business relationship.
Afterwards, they suddenly mentioned that vehicle collection/return costs were normally shared between the owner and their side. However, this was never mentioned or agreed upon from the beginning.
I also handed over the car with a full/almost full tank, but it was not returned with the same fuel level. I had to refuel it myself, and they still wanted to calculate the reimbursement based on the government-subsidised fuel price, even though I was the one who actually paid for the fuel.
The most disappointing part is that even the RM200+ outstanding payment required repeated follow-ups. I messaged and called multiple times, but getting the payment settled became unnecessarily difficult.
I believe I was more than reasonable throughout this whole process, but this is not how I expect a professional business relationship to be handled.
My advice to other car owners: make sure every single arrangement — fuel, collection/return, vehicle condition, late return and payment — is clearly agreed in writing before handing over your car.
