Thompson Spa San Antonio的点评
点评：Melba at spa check-in was phenomenal along with security and all the waitstaff while we were at the pool on Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, we witnessed a guest be absolutely horrible and rude to Melba to the point that security had to intervene with this horrid guest. Regardless, under all of the undue pressure, Melba and the rest of the staff kept their composure and professionalism toward her along with continued hospitality toward the other guests subjected to that woman’s berating behavior. The staff here is another example of why we continue to return to Thompson. We have always experienced the best customer service along with friendly staff from the front desk to the spa and everyone in between. Eugene, the GM, should be proud to know that his staff represents him and Thompson very well. We will continue to return!
