The Washington Monuments by Night tour was an active, interesting, educational tour that drove by or stopped at most of the DC monuments/memorials we wanted to visit.
Carl was a safe driver and an excellent tour guide- very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, helpful, interesting, and engaging, with excellent communication skills. He adjusted the tour to avoid the traffic, street closures and crowds, and organized our time well. He also was quite helpful in taking photos for the guests. The electric open-air vehicle was fun and comfortable, with a good sound system, but be sure to look at the photos on the website in advance so that you can dress appropriately for being out in the weather.
I would highly recommend Intrepid Urban Adventures' Washington Monuments by Night tour.
