点评:We were travelling westwards towards LAX from Palm Springs, and we were looking for things to do/see. We broke up our journey in San Bernardino, and found the McDonalds museum.
It was a very wet day, so it made the ideal place to visit.
The museum is free to visit, but you can make a donation, which we did.
I was aware that it was the site of the original restaurant, and having recently watched the movie with Michael Keaton, we did know a little about the story.
That said, what greeted us was a huge collection of McDonalds related items.
We didn't get McDonalds in our home city of Hull, England until 1986, so seeing the history going so far back was genuinely interesting.
It was a shame about the weather, as we'd have spent more time outside looking at the various curiosities :o)
Certainly a fun place to visit, and I would highly recommend should you find yourself in the neighbourhood.
