点评：Our Pixan Ka’an tour to Sian Ka’an was honestly one of the most incredible experiences we’ve ever had. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, countless beautiful fish, and even a manatee! The entire day felt surreal, and we got some absolutely amazing photos that we’ll treasure forever.
What truly made this tour stand out, though, was the people. Our guide, Guilhem, was exceptional. Not only was he incredibly impressive with how many languages he spoke, but his knowledge went far beyond the basic “tour guide” information. He explained the deeper meanings, history, ecosystem, and cultural significance in a way that left us genuinely educated and connected to the experience.
Carlos, our driver, also deserves recognition for navigating those bumpy roads as smoothly as humanly possible. You could tell he truly cared about everyone being comfortable and safe.
Our captains were fantastic as well. They worked hard to make sure we found wildlife while always making safety a priority. They were also incredibly patient and accommodating with our group of twelve being picked up and dropped off at different locations.
After doing tours with other companies before, what I appreciated most about Pixan Ka’an was the small, authentic, and genuinely personal feel of the experience. It never felt rushed, overcrowded, or commercialized. It felt real.
I would recommend this tour to absolutely anyone and everyone who will listen. And if you’re lucky enough to get Guilhem and Carlos, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.
