This happened today with me. I booked a taxi with them for the last long time with an app, and today they don't have any. I didn't know, as no one contacted me. They passed my information to the 3rd party and i paid £10 today. i normally paid £6.00.
When I called the company, 3 people talked to me and the last woman talking to me didn't let me talk and her tone was so rude. I asked her to refund my £4 as it's not fair that you charge me something your fault. You should contact me and let me know before transferring the data, so her answer was that the APP wasn't working, and it went to the 3rd party to book a taxi. I don't understand and am still confused. If APP wasn't working, then how come the 3rd party knew where they had to pick and drop me?
And again I said refund the money. Then she told me it's mentioned in the terms and conditions and not going to refund the money.
The drivers are good, but some people working in the office are the worst ones. She didn't give me her name.
For your information, I book a taxi every day and pay £12 for pick and drop, but look what they do to a loyal customer. Wherever I go, I book a taxi with them. Very unfair. I am so upset and disheartened.
