I would urge the decision makers at this Company to remember that although you may never see your visitors again; they still deserve a functional level of respect and an adherence to basic common practice.
We had two bus routes booked; a RED and a BLUE. The red we went on a great bus ride stopping off at some key places. We attempted to access the BLUE journey the next day and the Bus Driver made no attempt to stop, and subsequently gave us the impression there was a level of enjoyment in the refusal to stop for us.
As we could not utilize the service- we went to where we bought the tickets for a refund. I was advised to phone the number on the leaflets.
We were told to go back to the service stand and ask the Gentleman there for a refund. He reiterated he could no offer a refund.
I had them speak to each other on the phone- the outcome was that no refund could be offered.
I have emailed their "complaints" email and have had nothing back for 3 days currently.
I would urge anyone visiting Malta to read this review of this Company- as in my opinion, they are not operating with any integrity and they feel they have the right to keep your money and refuse a service. I might remind them they are part of the EU and should comply with right to refund if they have refused us entry to the bus...!
I have family visiting Malta next month and i have urged them to be careful and not to use this Company.
