One of the Best Wine Tours We’ve Ever Done – 5 Stars
Col del lupo - Produzione e Degustazione Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG的点评
点评：Our visit to Col del Lupo was easily one of the highlights of our time in the Prosecco region and genuinely one of the best winery experiences we’ve ever had.
We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and stayed until about 1:00 p.m., and the entire experience was incredibly personal and never felt rushed or commercial. As a family-run winery, there is a warmth and authenticity here that is difficult to replicate at a larger operation.
They drove us and two other couples (6 total) up into their beautiful hilltop vineyard, set within the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills. The setting is spectacular, with an incredible panoramic view across the entire region. Standing among the vines while learning about the land, the grapes and the history of Prosecco made the experience that much more memorable.
They took the time to explain everything you could possibly want to know about the Prosecco region, the winemaking process, the different styles of Prosecco and what makes this particular area so special. It was informative, interesting and incredibly well done.
The tasting itself was excellent, with wonderful wines accompanied by incredible homemade focaccia. But what really distinguishes Col del Lupo is the hospitality. They gave us recommendations for other things to see and do in the area, booked a restaurant for us for lunch, and then went above and beyond by personally driving us there afterward.
At €130 for a couple, we thought the experience was well worth the price, particularly given the amount of time, personal attention and hospitality we received. This was a small personalized experience compared to the larger more crowded wineries in the region.
Exceptional wines, breathtaking scenery, wonderful food and genuinely warm, personal service. If you’re visiting the Prosecco Hills and want an authentic family winery experience, Col del Lupo should be at the top of your list. We would return without hesitation.
