点评：I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and completely unprofessional. Our experience was a nightmare.
We had to cancel the trip a few days in advance due to an extremely serious situation, which we explained more than 15 times through calls, text messages, and WhatsApp. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they consistently ignored us and left us without any resolution or reply. To this day, they have not replied to our last attempts to contact them, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism, consideration, and accountability. Avoid this company at all costs.
This is not even mentioned that before canceling they overbooked our charter and canceled the barbecue they had promised. To make matters worse, they kept our deposit even after the charter date and have completely ignored all communication.
