Standards have really slipped!

点评：Unable to log in using the app, yet I can paste the same information online and log in without a problem. I tried resetting the password but that didn't work. I reset the password again, then cleared my cache but still no luck, so I've now uninstalled the app. Using a mobile browser is always more cumbersome, so I'm now less likely to book with Arc, and more likely to go to Showcase or Savoy.
The cinema itself is okay but could be better, it has definitely been on a downward trajectory on my recent visits:
- Both the reception area and screens are usually dirty, with little evidence of cleaning being done during the day. If it is being done, it isn't being done well.
- The staffing levels are appalling, generally appearing half deserted. The last couple of times we've been, we've waited for over 10 minutes for someone to check out tickets (no queue because it was dead) and eventually given up and gone through to find our seats.
- The seats are okay but I'd only sit in them for shorter films, as they are quite firm. The pleather seats are holding up surprisingly well, despite having a cheap appearance
It's a shame that the standards have slipped and the app is useless because this could be a very good cinema, as it was when it first opened. It wouldn't be too bad if the tickets were cheaper than elsewhere but they are markedly dearer than Savoy and about the same price as Showcase Cine Deluxe (Showcase has much better seats and standards).
