Not what we expected sadly ….

点评：We booked a tour for 30 euros each including cheese and wine. The tour guide spoke in English and it was informative lasting about 45 minutes taking us around the ultramodern winery.
Once upstairs the wine tastings began for 45 minutes. However the four lots of tastings, one choice of cremant dry or semi dry, one other white wine and two red, small servings about 80mls per glass were given, which we were surprised and disappointed at considering how much we paid for the cost of the tour. We were vegetarian and had notified them beforehand but still our cheese plate came out with ham on. We politely asked for a cheese plate and this was prepared after a wait.
The tour guide gave a talk about each wine but sadly there was a drinking party of six who were not on the tour and they spoke constantly above the tour guide. I have a hearing issue and couldn’t hear what she was saying. The space didn’t work for both wine tastings and people who drop in for wine. There is adequate space to keep it separate but this was not done.
After the tastings we asked for tastings of the rose which we were interested in buying. Thankfully two samples were given free of charge. An extra glass of cremant was ordered and paid for.
We left having spent 84 euros on takeaway bottles of wine. We left not feeling totally happy with our experience.
