The perfect tour of a great distillery.
Hinch Distillery的点评
点评：Had some friends over from England for a trip round Belfast to check out the sights. I arranged a trip to three distilleries in and around the city, finishing at the Hinch, on the outskirts of Ballynahinch. I booked the VIP tour which gets you four samples of their whiskey plus a welcome drink on arrival.
We were greeted in the reception area just off the large car park, and received the very generous welcome tipple.
Clair was our guide and she took us to the “kitchen “ to explain the history of the distillery and the owner. Hinch is one of the few distilleries which is privately owned.
The process was brilliantly explained by Claire, who definitely knows her stuff. Professional, knowledgeable and a good sprinkling of humour. We headed into the heart of the operation, viewing the mash tubs and of course the three copper stills.
The whole set up at Hinch is fantastic for tourists as you walk round, comfortably viewing every aspect of the distillery.
The tour lasted just over an hour , then finished up in the tasting room where we were offered the four samples, from the 5 years old to the 15 year old which is awesome.
Hinch have whiskies in their shop from 3 to 23 year old and the ability to bottle your own, with some of their “distillery exclusive “ and also taste before you buy.
The whole trip was a great experience and Claire was a fantastic host and guide.
The guys all agreed that this was the best of the three tours.

参观过程持续了一个多小时，最后我们来到了品鉴室，品尝了四款威士忌，年份从5年到15年不等，真是太棒了！
Hinch酒厂的商店里有3年到23年的威士忌，还可以自己装瓶，其中一些是酒厂独家供应的，而且可以先品尝后购买。
整个行程体验非常棒，Claire是一位出色的导游和向导。
