Fantastic instructors and great things to see!

点评：We had an amazing time learning Scuba with our instructor Stefano. I had never dived before, my partner had done a couple brief sessions, but during the holiday we both got our Open Water Dive and Enriched Air qualifications, and did some amazing dives on the island reef as well as from boats. In terms of what there is to see, we were lucky enough to see many Manta Rays at Manta point, turtles, sharks, and a sleeping octopus. Even if you don't get any of these big hitters, the scenery / coral / fish / underwater caves are amazing and (maybe an obvious statement) the experience is indescribably better than snorkelling in the same area.
In terms of guides, all our dives were with Stefano as 1 instructor for 2 learners. This was well worth it - he's a fantastic teacher, made everything seem as straightforward as it can be (e.g. when the task is "take off your scuba backpack underwater") and we always felt very safe and in great hands. The first few dives he was mostly leading us by the hands but very soon we had learnt enough to navigate completely solo, which was an amazing experience. Can't say enough good things about Stefano - we weren't planning on getting qualifications, more like do one dive to try it out, but we had so much fun it was an easy decision to do the rest. He took some amazing 360 footage of us on the final dive. We are considering coming back next year for more Stefano!
Overall, a really unforgettable experience with an excellent team.
