Not a luxury pontoon rental nor accurate confirmation pricing in the emails sent out.

点评：Unfortunately what you see on the website is not what you get. The boat that chartered us for the day in fact was not a luxury pontoon rental like described or photographed on the website. Seats were torn and sunk-in in, paint chips and rust. The steering wheel on the boat looked like a propeller. It was missing all the handles.
In addition the confirmation email company they use I was told “they don’t use any more” due to inaccurate information such as pricing. So I was confirmed one price but paid an additional $200. This confirmation email was sent multiple times one shortly before the trip so not quite sure when they decided to stop using them. I was told in a text the morning of that it would be additional $$. As a business owner this seems really inappropriate to me. Our captain was cool not the guy wam on the Instagram which you kind of are lead to believe you will be riding with. Definitely some things here that led to a bad start of our morning before our crab island trip. The water is gorgeous and the floating pad was a nice addition to relax on during our day. I would not use this company again.
