Our Favourite Brewery In Muskoka!
Canvas Brewing Company的点评
点评：Out of all the breweries we visited in the Muskoka area, Canvas Brewing was easily our favourite brewery and our best overall visit!
First off, the staff were absolutely wonderful. Huge shoutout to Jolene and Raj, who were both awesome people and made us feel incredibly welcome. Great service can make such a difference, and these two were fantastic.
But obviously, we’re here for the beer! My wife and I both got flights and genuinely enjoyed every single beer we tried. There were a few standouts for us, including the Little Island Lemon Lager, Berry Lemon Sour, Piña Colada Sour, and White Birch.
But the absolute star of the show was the Ember Red Ale.
This is easily one of the best, if not THE best, red ales we’ve ever had. It was THAT good. We actually saw multiple people leaving with packs of Ember, and after trying it, we completely understood why. My wife still raves about this beer regularly! 😂🍻
Another thing we really liked about Canvas is that they have a small but decent snack menu, while there are also several food trucks around the building offering different food options. You can bring that food right inside and enjoy it with your beer, which gives you a lot more variety than a typical brewery food menu.
Overall, this was an outstanding brewery experience. Incredible beer, fantastic staff, a great atmosphere, and plenty of food options nearby.
If you’re a beer lover visiting Huntsville or the Muskoka area, Canvas Brewing absolutely needs to be on your list!
