Complaint Regarding Behaviour of Toilet Attendant at Tekka Centre

点评：I am writing to report an unpleasant experience at the public toilets at Tekka Centre in Little India, Singapore.
During my visit, the male toilet attendant upstairs behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner towards visitors. When some visitors took toilet paper after paying 20 cents, he loudly shouted at them and made sarcastic remarks, stating that “the government does not provide it.” His tone was aggressive and abusive, particularly towards foreign visitors.
This behaviour was surprising and distressing, and it created a very negative impression. Singapore is known worldwide for its cleanliness, efficiency, and courteous public service, and this incident did not reflect those values. Such conduct towards visitors is inappropriate and damages Singapore’s image as a welcoming destination.
I hope this matter can be looked into and appropriate action taken to ensure that public facilities are managed in a respectful and professional manner.
