点评：What a fantastic day we had sailing on 'Trixie' on 2nd August.
After a booking error on my part, Ellie on the Reception was extremely helpful and rearranged the booking for Sunday 2nd
We were celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday, and with the help of Ellie and gang we were able to fulfill our wish
Trixie is more 'open' than the Dambuster, Little Imp and Lollie, but because of the glorious weather this suited us.After
We were given a full tutorial how to manage Trixie, and suggested routes to take., before we ventured out.
We decided to head to Lincoln first, to experience sailing through the 'Glory Hole'. After a multiple point turn we ventured back, passing base and sailing towards Torksy Locks. We decided to moor up at Saxilby and have lunch. There is a pub here and public toilets.
After lunch we carried in towards the locks, but ever mindful of the time we needed to return to base, we didn't quite make it
A lovely relaxing day, making memories and learning new skills.
We will definitely be back
