点评：I cant believe the previous 1 star review here. We had a perfect experience with this company. We had booked and paid online for a full days hire before arriving on holiday. We stopped by the harbour a couple of days after arriving to confirm all the details for the trip and were given very good clear instructions. The evening before our booking we received a call from Eboats to say that the weather for the following day was looking a bit choppy and asked whether we wanted to change days. We were unable to be flexible as we had already made plans and so they suggested that we come in the morning and see how we got on. The following day we arrived early and we given a full briefing on the use of the beautiful boats and also given some advice for avoiding the worst of the choppy conditions. They offered that if we got out of the harbour and didn’t feel comfortable we could return for a full refund or if we only wanted to use the boat for less than the full day that we could have a half days refund. It’s hard to think of a more flexible solution than the one proposed by the eBoats team. The boat itself is by far the most attractive of all the small boats we saw and has the additional feature of being near silent (and no nasty petrol fumes). The construction is nearly entirely wood and is a lovely antidote to all the fibreglass small boats you can see. Hermes and his colleague were extremely helpful and couldn’t have been nicer which meant than, despite the sea being a bit choppy, my family had an unforgettable experience. Thanks again eBoats!
