点评:This place looks very stylish and interesting. I guess the advertising, reviews, and other PR did their job. There's a good parking area, a comfortable area with tables for enjoying drinks, and a pretty big dining area. At first, I was surprised that their "bistro" had different hours than the wine area, but I was told they separate food and wine, and you can't bring glasses into the dining area. The same applies to the vineyard area too. I was surprised that you can't bring wine into the dining room, since they're in the same building, and snacking with alcohol can sometimes be quite important, but that's their decision.
The wine selection is good, and the tasting set is reasonably priced. The taste is also good in general, but I'm bothered by one thing that has haunted my wife and me in this province since the very beginning of our lives here: Too much beer, cider and wine tastes too dry and/or crispy. Especially if the name contains the word "craft". The same thing happened here. Of the two sets of four different flavors(8 in total), we really liked only one. We asked to add some sweet wines, but they turned out to be quite dry too. Of course, I'm not saying the wine is bad here, and we drink dry wine in our life too... but In this place there was too much of it for us, and instead of really different wine (different tastes of dry and sweet), we received approximately 8 same dry wines with slightly different aftertaste.
