Pretty little river ideal for beginners and owners with integrity.

点评：We were in Leamington Spa for a short visit and decided to hire kayaks from here. It’s just next to Jephson Gardens in the centre of town. We did not book in advance and were able to get kayaks immediately. There’s a straightforward registration which required a photo id. The cost for one hour for the two of us was £32. In hindsight we could have gone out for longer but one hour would be fine for complete beginners I think.
The river was easy to paddle both up and down the river and you didn’t feel you were paddling against a current either way. It was half term when we went so there were lots of youngsters swimming in the river. I imagine it would be a lot quieter outside of the school holidays. A pretty little river with lots of dragonflies along the way. There’s a small changing area and they will look after any bags you may have.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Post kayak I realised I must have left my id at the checking desk alas I had already left LS. However the owners have very kindly agreed to post it onto me which I can’t thank them enough for you.
If you have time and like being on the water I would definitely recommend doing this.
