We came all the way from Lisbon to Barca d'Alva specifically to experience the railway journey. We had tickets for Saturday, but we tried to change them to Tuesday. Since there was no banking network available on Monday, I was unable to purchase new tickets. I also tried calling several times, but no one ever answered. I sent an email, which was completely useless. I arrived here on Tuesday morning and was told we were not allowed to board! This is absolutely unacceptable. A complete lack of understanding of what tourism service management should be. It's a shame that such a beautiful place is managed by such disrespectful and incompetent people.
Vinimos expresamente desde Lisboa hasta Barca d'Alva para hacer el recorrido en tren. Teníamos billetes para el sábado, pero intentamos cambiarlos para el martes. Como el lunes no había red bancaria, no pude comprar nuevos billetes. También intenté llamar por teléfono, pero nunca contestaron. Mandé un correo electrónico que no sirvió para nada. Llegué el martes por la mañana y me dijeron que no nos dejaban subir. ¡Es completamente inadmisible! Una gran falta de noción sobre cómo se debe gestionar el turismo.
