No staff to start, lost most of our slot

点评：Gah, very poor experience today. Lost 1/2 my booking, staff response: "Sorry".
Detatils: Had a hour / 55 minute slot booked for darts. Was early so grabbed an (over priced) drink and waited. Went up to the desk in plenty of time before our slot. No staff at all. Waited 10 minutes to "check in" and was told someone would show us to our board shortly. Waited another 15 minutes. Massive queue for the desk by this point, heard lots of "help" from the sole person on duty at this point. It's not like they were serving at the bar, that had a massive queue to. Eventually got a harressed staff member into giving us some darts and tell us where were meant to be and got playing.
But had lost 20 minutes of our slot by this point. Time is based on the slot, not when you actually start, which is fair, as it's not like the group following us had done anything wrong. But neither had we and meant we were short changed.
