Formal Complaint – Injury at Pool Facility

点评：I visited your facility over the weekend with my mother, intending for her to have a relaxing day. Unfortunately, the experience resulted in a preventable injury.
While exiting the pool, my mother cut her toe on a chipped tile which had formed a sharp edge. The injury was significant and caused heavy bleeding across the poolside area. While the area was cleaned promptly, the situation itself was clearly hazardous and should not have arisen.
Aside from a bandage and an apology, there was little in the way of response or escalation at the time. When I later spoke with management, I was told that no one was available to address the matter until Wednesday, and it was suggested that a partial refund for the time spent receiving first aid might be the only option. Given the nature of the incident and the injury sustained, I do not feel this reflects an appropriate level of concern or responsibility.
I would like to note that the first aider who assisted us was professional and helpful, and I appreciate their support in what was a distressing situation.
I ask that this incident is formally reviewed, and that you provide:
Confirmation that it has been logged as an official incident
Details of what action will be taken to address the hazard
Clarification on how you intend to resolve this matter appropriately
