Deceptively Beautiful

点评：If there is one phrase I can choose to describe my most recent experience it would be "Deceptively Beautiful". I was drawn to the beauty of this place by the photos and reviews. You CANNOT GO WRONG on a place like this with stunning beaches and shopping eatery within walking distance plus all the attractions close by.
However, I was WRONG and sadly mistaken on my first day at check in I discovered that the bedsheets were dirty, the towels were fit for the floor because of the reddish pink stains and worn down looks, the toilet seat covers were stained irreversibly plus a non working hair dryer together with leaking bidets just to name a few, Not forgetting the AC filters had thick dusts coated on them that took an hour for the maintenance crew to clean out.
Then we were moved three times within a short stay of one week having to cart our luggages all over the three supposedly 5 star living facilities. To top it off, I went to the swimming pool only to discover that it was on maintenance for the week so no swimming allowed.
I was so happy when the staff moved me to another location with a decent clean looking swimming pool. On the second day when I went to swim, the security guard stopped me and requested that I put on my street clothes to swim. One other swimmer just ignored the security guard and continued swimming which I thought was the right thing to do. Because I gave up after 1/2 lap of swimming with all my clothes heavy and soaking wet. Why
All in all, I was so glad that the next guests at those places won't have to deal with what we went through because they changed all the toilet seat covers, gave us some brand new towels and cleaned up the AC filters in all the rooms.

总而言之，我很高兴下一批入住的客人不会再遇到我们这样的情况，因为他们更换了所有马桶座圈套，给了我们全新的毛巾，还清洗了所有房间的空调滤网。
