Silver Lake Railriders的点评
点评：We just had the best time here! We live not far away, and thought that it would be fun to try, since we have not been there since the SL Rail Riders have started up last year.
The Silver Lake Rail Riders have taken over the actual riding on the rails (it used to be called the Silver Lake Railroad), while all of the old railroad stock is still on-site and viewable. We signed up (they were sold out the day we tried to ride the first time!) and had about 90 minutes of great times out on the rails. The railbikes are in two seat and four seat configurations, and are appropriate for kids from about age 5. We had a two seater, and pedaled out for 3 miles before turning around. There was a leader and a sweep with the 4 railbikes, and the kids definitely had a great time. The views include mountains, beaver dams, lakes, trees, forests and, of course, railroad stuff!!!!!
The people running it are friendly and safety conscious, and the trip memorable. I hope this entices you to visit. I think they will be running mostly Friday-Sunday until Columbus day this year (2026)
