点评：I had the absolute pleasure of doing the weekend farm tour and tasting with friends, and we all loved it! From start to finish, this place has truly redefined the way I look at oysters and sustainable seafood.
It was not only informative but also incredibly eye-opening. Learning about their sustainable practices and filter systems gave me a whole new appreciation for the cultivation process.
We got to handle the biggest mussels, oysters, and a variety of shellfish of all shapes and sizes in their touch tanks.
Our guide was very accommodating, had a good sense of humor and we didn't feel rushed. He did a great job with the demo too! He gave us enough time to shuck our own oysters while taking in the stunning lagoon view was an experience I won't soon forget. These oysters were hands down the best I've ever had, and the generous tasting left me wanting more.

If you're a seafood enthusiast, an oyster lover, or just looking for an incredible foodie adventure, this place is an absolute must-visit.
