点评：Amazing Buddha which was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and bigger than you expect. That itself was a 10/10!!! However be aware that transport in Ang thong is a lot harder than expected. We took the bus from Bangkok to Ang thong station and then took a local bus that dropped us off 1-1.5 KM away from the temple. Was really cool to see the temple from afar however we did not realize there are no taxis and it’s quite hard to communicate with people at the bus station. We ended up finding some bus that dropped us off 1 km away and then had to walk in 39° degree heat and UV 8. Once we arrived it was beautiful and people were so kind in helping us understand how to properly honor Buddha. The issue came again when we realized there is no way of getting home from there and had to ask strangers if they could drive us somewhere. Luckily some kind soul was willing to drive us to the station and we got home to Bangkok. Overall the statue is incredible worth it and I strongly recommend going!!! Just have a plan ahead on how to get there and back.
