点评：Phil was hands down one of the highlights of our holiday. This was the first time any of us had ever skied, and he took on a group of 11 beginners with total confidence, patience, and professionalism.
Not only is Phil an excellent ski instructor, he’s also a genuinely great person. From day one he made us feel relaxed, confident, and excited to learn. He explained everything clearly, adapted to everyone’s ability, and somehow managed to keep the whole group progressing while still making it fun.
Over just a few days, Phil helped us build real confidence and solid technique — far more than we ever expected as complete beginners. Some of us were even confident enough to do a final run with Phil before heading home, which says everything about the trust and belief he gave us.
He’s fun, friendly, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. If you’ve never skied before, there is honestly no better person to learn with. We didn’t just learn to ski — we genuinely loved spending time with him and made memories we’ll never forget.
