点评：Disappointed in the experience as my sons birthday party was ruined. I had booked and paid for 10 kids. 9 kids wanted to go, but only 8 kid's got to go in. My sons friend wanted his big brother to come in, he was in P7, but was barely an inch over the height restriction. His little brother got to go in and I was wanting to chat to his mum as well. He was told he was told he was too tall to come in. I think they should have made an exception since he was part of a bigger party. He had to leave with his mum for the duration of the soft play party. I told his mum to come to come back for cake. The thing is adults go in the softplay with their kids and nothing is said. Some kids just want to play with their parent's and some kids are SEN and need a parent with them. If a blind eye is turned to that (a 5 ft 5 adult went in with no one telling him to leave!) Also the staff didnt seem to know which room we were in. Also the staff dont help you serve the food or the cake. I was allowed in early to set it up myself but I had 8 kids waiting on me putting food on their plates. I dont think ill go back there for a birthday party again. Especially at £155 for rude staff. I paid for the use of the softplay and food to be delivered to a party room. Not impressed.
