Besides this poor experience, I feel the prices are starting to get out of control on some of the items. The company also seems to be shifting to a more hostile stance towards their customers. For instance they no longer allow customers to go inside to pay with a card and instead force them to pay at the pump. This seems reasonable but some people are afraid of card skimmers or outrageous authorization holds on their cards. So they refuse to pay at the pump. Buccee's no longer wants to accommodate them. And this seems to match the overall corporate culture there, especially lately. It feels military-like with strict policies. The customer is no longer right and efforts to make the customer happy have taken a backseat to profits and following strict policies.
