点评：I wasn’t sure what to expect from my Kinesiology session with Jo however it turned out to be a fascinating and wonderful experience!
Jo is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive when it comes to body work and healing.
She explained in detail as she went along making me feel very relaxed but also quite intrigued about the whole process.
She quickly identified a number of issues I had around my neck and upper back and proceeded to deal with them expertly, explaining as she went.
I came away feeling so much lighter and actually standing straighter (people commented). I was also feeling so aligned and relaxed I was actually a bit dizzy with the energy.
To my surprise the results have lasted long after the session finished which isn’t always the case with other disciplines.
I couldn’t recommend Jo highly enough.
Shes a real asset to the establishment!!
