A rude and disengaged guide NELSON ruined what should’ve been a great rafting experience

点评：I usually don’t leave 1-star reviews, but unfortunately, our recent experience with Canadian Rockies Rafting didn’t meet expectations. We were a group of 25, including several kids under 18, and had booked three boats for a day of white water rafting. While most of the staff were great, the guide assigned to our boat—Nelson—made the experience quite disappointing.
Nelson seemed disengaged from the start. He didn’t communicate with us during the ride, didn’t share any stories, and came across as quite rude. This was my fifth time rafting with this company, and I’ve always appreciated how friendly and interactive the guides are—it’s a big part of what makes the experience memorable. Sadly, this time was different, and it really affected the overall vibe of what should have been a fun and exciting day.
I hope this was just an off day for him, and that others don’t have a similar experience. We’ve had great times with Canadian Rockies Rafting before, and I’d love to see that standard upheld consistently
