点评:My biggest complaint is that I wore jeans and inappropriate shoes....why do you ask, no idea!
I was surprised at the price to enter this reserve, however, we only managed one half of the rock and plan to return as we enjoyed it that much.
It's steep inclines and endless steps. This is a workout from top to bottom. We entered via the border on foot and took a stroll through the town. It's very British and feels like home. From there, we simply walked to where we needed to go. The cable car is out of action this season but we wouldn't have taken that anyway. We were greeted by a nice fella and paid our £30 each to begin our walk. Cloudy day, but humid, and just a beautiful day. I'd recommend taking water, comfy clothing and food for snacks (just make sure you eat everything before walking by any monkeys!!).
We are slightly out of season so it felt quiet but granted, the taxi's were disruptive. The monkeys need to be respected. They are wild and they aren't our friends, saying that, they leave you be if you are leaving them alone.
Great day out and we will all be back!
