The atmosphere was brilliant, the venue was clean and well organised, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the evening.
To make the night even better, we ended up winning a substantial amount of money, which still feels surreal now. I genuinely couldn’t believe our luck. What impressed me most was how professional and efficient the team were with the payout process everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
This is a slightly late review because we’ve been busy booking our holiday thanks to the winnings, but I really wanted to take the time to leave positive feedback because great service deserves recognition.
