点评：⭐ Absolutely no recommendation – terrible transfer service!
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Transfer Lumor in Mallorca.
On our return transfer to the airport, the driver was 45 minutes late. We had to wait outside in the hot sun with our children. We called several times, and each time we were told that someone would be there “in 5 minutes” — but we kept waiting.
The transfer to our accommodation was just as bad. The driver was late, and the child seats we had booked were not provided. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for the child seats to arrive. When they finally arrived, they were completely broken and damaged and, in our opinion, absolutely unsafe for our children.
For a transfer service, especially when travelling with children, we expect punctuality, reliability and, above all, safety. Unfortunately, none of these were provided.
Absolutely no recommendation! We would never book this company again.
