点评：Went for their Spring passport event. Unfortunately would not choose to do this again. Felt price was too high for what there actually was to do.
Not catered well for larger groups at all. Email sent ahead of time to try and prepare for visit wasn't responded to. Poor customer service.
Shocking that after the site being open for several years there are still no permanent clear signage on the A45 to direct cars to the main visitor car park they want people to use.
Wait for enough milk bottles to be ready for the lamb feeding as a large group of children. Perhaps if email had been responded to, they would have been more prepared for the number heading through at that time. But then also surely point of having to book a time slot for the lamb feeding is to be more organised Next year will be trying another venue as most others show more understanding as well about loss of money when some tickets are not able to be used and work on a solution to help
