Government Rose Garden的点评
点评：We visited in June 2026 and, despite its popularity, came away somewhat disappointed. Perhaps it was not the peak blooming season for roses, but the garden did not live up to our expectations.
Visitors should note that parking for a four-wheeler costs ₹60, while the entry fee is ₹75 per adult. Both charges can conveniently be paid via UPI.
The garden is spread across multiple terraced levels connected by pathways and steps. While this layout offers some elevated views, it may present challenges for elderly visitors or those with mobility issues.
Having visited several gardens across Ooty and Coonoor during our trip, we found this one to be the least impressive. In comparison, the Karnataka Siri Horticulture Garden offered a far more enjoyable, well-designed, and memorable experience.
That said, garden enthusiasts visiting during peak flowering season may have a different experience. For us, however, this was one attraction that did not quite justify the hype surrounding it.
