点评：Government Rose Garden is located on the slopes of Elk Hill within the city and is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained attractions in Ooty. The garden is generally open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and the entry fee for adults is around ₹75 per person.
The garden is spread across a large area and features not only numerous varieties of roses but also many other colorful flowers and ornamental plants. It is arranged across multiple terraced levels — around five to seven in total — creating a visually stunning landscape. Visitors planning to explore the lower levels should keep in mind that they will need to climb back up to the entrance afterward.
The entire garden is very well maintained and offers excellent opportunities for photography. With its peaceful atmosphere and vibrant floral displays, it is easy to spend 1–2 enjoyable hours here.
