ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

点评：I have been chartering yachts for over 10 years across multiple regions, and I can confidently say this was by far the worst charter experience I have ever had.
Once we left port and starting using different parts of the boat, it was clear that the vessel was not maintained to even the most basic standard. The staff were shockingly unhelpful and seemed entirely uninterested in our experience or safety. The two that really shocked me was Mathias and Iris, the owners, absolutely disgusted by their attitudes and pure con artists!
There were serious safety concerns: navigation lights and screens were not functioning, the bilge pump was inoperable, and several appliances in the galley were outright dangerous to use. For any vessel, but especially one being offered for charter, this is simply unacceptable.
On top of that, the general condition of the yacht was appalling. The air conditioning did not work, the toilets gave off a constant unpleasant smell, and mould was visible on the blinds. Hygiene standards were non-existent — something that made the trip deeply uncomfortable from start to finish.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others: this operator does not care about safety, service, or cleanliness. There are plenty of reputable companies out there, do yourself a favor and avoid this one entirely!
