Unprofessional Atmosphere and Poor Wine

点评：A group of us recently visited this winery and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. We had visited many wineries throughout the Okanagan, in the week we were there, and found this one fell short of our expectations.
A couple of the wines we sampled had a musty aroma and flavors that seemed off to several members of our group. The overall quality was not to our taste, and we did not feel the wines compared favorably with other wineries in the region.
We also found some of the interactions during our visit to be unprofessional. Several members of our group felt that Stella, the owner, appeared to focus much more attention on the men in our party than on the women. She frequently engaged with the men, including winking at them, which some of us found uncomfortable and not in keeping with the professional atmosphere we expect during a wine tasting experience.
After reading other reviews, it appears that some visitors have expressed similar feedback. We also noticed that responses to critical reviews seemed to came across as defensive rather than addressing customer feedback constructively.
We recognize that wine preferences and customer experiences are subjective, but based on our visit, this is not a winery we would recommend—we won’t be back.
