点评：Xavier Suarez and Galapagos By Local Guides is superb in every way. Before our trip, Xavier was careful to design the trip with our specific interests and abilities in mind. I am 78 and my daughter is 53. We had a mix of private and shared adventures, with Xavier keeping our budget in mind. The overall budget was a bargain, and I have decades of experience with a wide range of travel. I would rate him and his colleagues the best amond the best. He was careful to have somene greet us at the airport and gave us detailed instructions every day, including what to wear, what to look for and even details like where in the boat to sit to have the best experience. His attention to detail made a world of difference and allayed any anxiety I might have had about any plans for each day. He was also funny, informative and his colleagues were also not only knowledgable but engaged us in games, jokes and other enjoyable activities, including good food! He also kept his word about the timing of each day. When he said someone would show up, they were on time, or early! We had a great time snorkeling, and if we had any problem with equipment they fixed it immediately, even giving me their snorkel when I had a minor mis-function. We were there for a little over a week and saw beautiful fish, sea lions, turtles (even turtles mating on land and sea!), sea horses, and harmless sharks. I would recommend Xavier Suarez and his colleagues for anyone who wants to visit the Galapagos and also contribute to the local economy and make the trip in the most ecologically friendly way. All the proceeds of our trip go to LOCAL guides and other workers.
