No payback of € 52 possible after our visit.

We had an extremely bad experience on 11 September at Chester Beach Club Puerto Rico. At the beginning we were greeted and we had to pay € 140 for 2 persons, of which € 120 was for spending for drinks and eating. Prices had been increased considerably since we last visited in 2025.We were not informed that no payback was possible and that we had to spent it all. At the end of the day we had not spent € 52. The manager refused to pay this amount back to us. She said it was clearly mentioned that no refund was possible on the website.
We insisted but she kept refusing. So we had lost € 52 at the end of the day, thrown away, you could say. We only could receive a voucher for this amount during our stay at Gran Canaria. However, we had an apartment in Playa del Ingles and not in Puerto Rico. Our stay there was only for one day.
I have spent 1 hour looking for the information on the payback on the internet, but did not find it.
