Ladies Night and the All Female Jockey Meeting.

点评：Since its inception I have always wanted to attend the unique all Female Jockeys card that the course hosts. This year I made it.
The meeting also forms the course's annual Ladies Night. There is entertainment after racing. The meeting is extremely busy so shuttle buses are put on so getting back to Carlisle city centre after racing is easy.
Viewing is good, a big screen shows the action and is necessary for the two parts of the course not seen from the stands due to the hilly nature of the track.
As a big supporter of female jockeys it was great that the jockeys were only too pleased to stop for photographs, chats and autographs.
A downside is that the meeting is now advertised as being for over 18s only thus preventing young girls from being able to see what they can achieve in the sport.
