点评:The communication team for this company is really bad and has made the experience bad multiple times years now. This year was our third year because we like the boat. Previous years, yes, some issues, but ultimately we still had he boat for a good time. But this year was the absolute worst. our experience culminated in our group of 10 waiting on the Lake Tahoe beach with NO boat arrival. They told us at about 9:45 that our boat wouldn't be ready at the agreed 10am time. But but that time, we were all on the beach with our stuff ready to go. They told us we'd have to wait 1.5 hours. If they told us that earlier, we would have had way more time to do our morning breakfast and packing, etc. But we just sat on the hot sand with HARDLY an update other than that we have an hour and half delay. in after about 1.5 hours, with still no communication back to us, and we were trying to communicate with them on text and phone, they still couldn't tell us when our boat would arrive. Well after 11am , we said, we can't just wait here all day with our stuff in bags , coolers, etc, which we couldn't unpack to enjoy the beach, b/c we were expecting a boat to show up... and it didn't. Finally we left a message saying just refund us since literally half the day was already gone and they hadn't committed to anything. They eventually said they would give us a refund. BUT, we are still waiting for the almost $2000 refund they said they'd give us 2 days ago. And not one communication since. No follow up? No apology? No ideal how to run a business clearly. And we get an automated email today asking us 'how was our experience'...
