点评：If you love seeing a city in a unique way, book this tour. If you love architecture, book this tour. If you love gentle kayaking, book this tour. It really was an amazing few hours spent in Chicago.
I know this was a great experience because when I came home there is nothing I talked about more than this tour and the information I learned from our fantastic guide Gus. He relayed history of the buildings we were kayaking by as well as fun anecdotes about Chicago in general. I didn't expect the amount of engineering information we got but it was fascinating and spoke to my nerd heart.
From a practical perspective: you will likely get wet but not soaked. I never felt unsafe on the river despite the boat traffic because Gus did a great job of prepping us for the types of situations we might encounter on the river. No one was ever even close to a precarious situation.
