点评：I booked our visit for January but due to an injury, we had to postpone our trip. Taittinger was nice enough to grant an extension to our tickets for a year. We came in August with friends and had a nice visit. Our tour guide was a lovely British woman who was friendly and knowledgeable. The video, crayere tour, and tasting were all nicely done. The tasting is done in a large, private room, that is elegant and chic. The pour was generous and explanation well done. It wasn't as personal or bespoke as others like Ruinart as the group was quite spread out in chairs throughout the big room. I was a little disappointed that we were rushed out a bit for scheduling of other tours. It had been a good amount of time, but it's the only place we were told we had to clear the room in 2 minutes.
