点评:A very nice museum in an adorable location - the villa that houses the museum is worth the visit on its own. The memorial to the 14 July 2016 atrocities is excellent and I spent a lot of time reading and looking at everything displayed. Almost the whole of the ground floor is dedicated to the atrocity, along with the photographs and book for signing in the garden (open to all, no need to visit the museum). There is a little gift shop in the ticket office. You need to buy a ticket, which is just inside the grounds of the museum if entering from the front. It is rather hidden if entering from the rear (off of the Promenade/Quai des Anglais), as I did. However, the staff very easily direct you to the ticket office, where the greeting is very warm and pleasant. I would aim to spend 1-2 hours here, there are three floors in total. The museum was cool and pleasant to walk around given the heatwave and was not overly crowded at all.
