Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts的点评
点评：Kauffman Center is a beautiful world class venue however their ticketing system is a total disaster. Our tickets were forwarded to us by my son who purchased them. On the morning of the event I attempted to retrieve them to my phone. I already had an account but of course didn't remember my password. I attempted to reset my password three times. Each time I got circled back to the beginning. I then called them and was delighted to reach a human being. The nice young woman checked my name: nothing. She then asked my address: nothing. Then asked my email: nothing. Then she wanted my son's name: nothing. Then his address: nothing. Then his email: nothing. At some point I told her an access code that I'd been sent. Apparently the access code was irrelevant. She then wondered if the tickets were purchased from Kauffman Center or a third party. I said I didn't know but would find out and call back.
After finding out the tickets were purchased from Kauffman Center I called back and was of course on hold for 20 minutes. I finally gave up and told my son we weren't going. He then called them to take the tickets back. At first they had no record of his ticket purchase but finally found it and resent him the tickets. We had to meet him outside the venue and follow him into the parking lot where a sympathetic attendant let us in. You'd think they'd want to make it easy to retrieve tickets but what do I know.
There are a couple of upcoming events there that I was planning to attend but after this experience no way.
