The Hollies Farm Shop的点评
点评：We visited here whilst away with family. We were really excited to visit the farm shop, have a look around and enjoy some breakfast. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our visit at all. The farm shop and gift shop is lovely, although half of the gift shop was ‘closed off’ for some reason. The farm shop has some lovely local food and drink in there.
The coffee shop / cafe. This is where our visit turned into a disappointment. It isn’t clearly signposted, we ended walking behind the farm shop into the staff areas to look for it. We had to ask a local delivery person for directions
Bad points
Drinks in takeaway cups. - Why? Surely you can’t expect people to pay over £4 for a hot drink to sit and enjoy in a takeaway cup? Also made really badly. Some training on the coffee machine is required. Flat white was just a boiled mess.
My wife ordered a white chocolate matcha which was basically just a white chocolate drink with milk due to staff not knowing how much syrup to use.
We ordered two bacon cobs which just came wrapped in foil. Obviously pre made and ready.
No table service- again, Why? You take a buzzer to your table and your food is just left slapped on the counter for you to collect. Nobody to greet you when collecting it either to check it’s your order. Staff just stood next to the coffee machine talking amongst themselves not interested in greeting customers.
Outdoor bins in the coffee shop to empty your rubbish away? This was almost laughable at this point, why would you put an outdoor waste bin in the middle of a coffee shop for customers to empty rubbish into.
Nobody wiping tables after
I felt like I was in a visitors centre cafe, where it was a case of ‘slumming it’ sadly at the prices you charge you can’t expect customers to do this.
Sadly a real let down, won’t come back.

我们点了两份培根卷，结果端上来的时候只是用锡纸包着。显然是预先做好的。
没有餐桌服务——为什么？你拿着取餐器到桌边，食物就被随意地放在柜台上，等着你去取。取餐的时候也没人招呼你，确认是不是你的订单。服务员就站在咖啡机旁边自顾自地聊天，根本没兴趣招呼顾客。
咖啡店里居然有室外垃圾桶？这简直太可笑了，为什么要把垃圾桶放在咖啡店中间让顾客扔垃圾？
没人擦桌子。
感觉就像在游客中心的咖啡馆里，“屈尊”地享受服务。可悲的是，你们收的价钱，不能指望顾客忍受这种待遇。
真是太失望了，以后不会再来了。
