点评：We are a group of five Austrians who booked Mario and Paul for a 6-day training on the dunes in Namibia. All of us were paragliders before, but with very different skill levels and histories.
Mario and Paul were very flexible to acommodate for our different expectations: while the more exerienced of us were able to get a ton of practicing time, the training really came to shine for the two girls in the group that previously struggled in difficult wind conditions and felt insecure about controlling their wing. Mario and Paul did a thorough one-on-one training with them, gave countless exercises and feedback and always were there to watch for safety.
For the experienced paragliders in our group it was fun to play with Mario's collection of wings and harnesses to experience different handling characteristics. Mario also has a lot of tips and tricks that pilots of every skill level can profit from, for example how to easily remove sand from the wing.
When one of our personal wings got a rip during training, Paul was able to instantly organize a qualified repair in Swakopmund!
They are also just nice people to hang out with and we enjoyed the time a lot. You can see that they genuinely get happy when they see people progressing with their instructions. I think the price of the trining is justified given that proper groundhandling is key to flying safely. The dunes of Namibia provide a unique and very safe place to practice these skills.
